DANIEL A. BARON

Dan A. Baron has dedicated his legal career to the areas of estate planning, business law, and elder law.  Dan diligently strives to provide seamless client service while considering asset protection, control, and tax considerations with every estate and business plan.  Striving to achieve this mission, he has helped the Cleveland, Ohio legal community by writing numerous articles on asset protection, trust options, elder law, medicaid planning, business law and more.

Mr. Baron graduated with honors from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.  He holds a business degree from The University of Akron, cum laude, and is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, West Shore Bar Association, Akron Bar Association, Business Networking Institute, and American Bar Association.  Dan is also a member of the estate planning section at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.

While at CM-Law, he was the editor-in-chief of the Global Business Law Review (“GBLR”) where he managed nine executive editors and was responsible for publishing articles of legal scholarship. As editor-in-chief, he hosted the Symposium for the GBLR where lawyers from around the world who spoke on legal issues concerning global business.

Most important to Dan is his contributions to the Cleveland, Ohio community through speaking engagements, philanthropy, and community service. NICOLE HAMED

Nicole Hamed joined the Baron Law team in 2017, where she is the primary paralegal and client liaison.  As a Cleveland native, Nicole has worked in the legal community for over fifteen years.   Starting at a very young age, Nicole worked with workers’ compensation and social security litigation and has even helped start law firms from the ground up.   At Baron Law, LLC she concentrates her efforts on client management, drafting, and research. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Hamed was well-known in the Lakewood community for her volunteering and advancement of the civic community efforts of LakewoodAlive.  She currently is on the board of the Lakewood Early Childhood PTA and coordinates the Meet The Trucks Event.   When she is not helping clients in need, she enjoys woodworking, cooking, and yoga.   Nicole is an invaluable resource to the Baron Law team, and we are pleased to have her
